What are the event times?

We can open for guests from 11.00 and close at 01.30

We agree last orders and close times at booking and suggest it is included in "save the dates" too.

Ahead of guests arriving we can decorate, move furniture, check media etc etc

TIP : Make sure your guests have transport to get home or onto a hotel - we are rural and taxis can take a while in the early hours!

Can we do our own food?

Yes, with prior arrangement.

We do not have a kitchen or food preparation area - so all your food elements need to arrive ready to eat.

We have a small "guest only" fridge - so anything which needs to stay chilled needs to fit!

Any food waste is to be removed and taken with you the day after the event - we'll bag and box it up - streamed from other waste.

We have baskets, trunks, planks, donut wall (x94) multi- tiered cake stands, cable reels and other risers if you want to use them...

TIP : Plan your buffet display and appoint somebody to keep it tidy, safe and topped-up!

Can we leave our car overnight?

Yes, with prior arrangement.

We suggest you talk to our Parking Manager on arrival and park inside the gates.

All cars must be picked up before 10.30am the following day.

You may be asked to leave your phone number or car keys.

We do NOT allow camping overnight

We have over 80 parking spaces

TIP : Plan ahead for a great night out out! Leave the car at home.

Can we have our flag flying?

Yes, with prior arrangement.

We have lots of flags already - including a lovely PRIDE rainbow flag - best size outside is 5 foot x 3 foot. Flags inside can be a lot bigger!

TIP : Leave it with us - we like to iron flags ahead of raising them!

Can we have animals?

Yes, with prior arrangement.

We have had lovely well behaved dogs with minders and have ponies and donkeys for our Live Nativity each year - so if you want to have your horse...

Our very tame chickens love our guests too!

TIP:

Any animals must be supervised by a dedicated handler at all times.
Its is unlikely that animals will want to stay all day at a wedding!

Chickens can be put away for any event
